Unmatched rigidity and damping: SCKCR2020K09 is made of high-quality microcrystalline solid tungsten carbide, whose rigidity is approximately 3 times that of similar tools with steel shanks. This significantly reduces vibration, chatter, and tool deflection, enabling stable machining of parts at greater cutting depths and with longer overhangs.
Excellent surface finish: The inherent stability of the solid carbide monobloc design minimizes harmonic vibrations, enabling excellent internal surface finish and consistently holding tighter tolerances, typically without the need for secondary finishing operations.
